The operation of the entire production line uses a Siemens series 10.4-inch color touch screen with high reliability, and the control uses Siemens P7-200 series PLC. In order to improve the stability of the product line diameter and the accuracy of speed adjustment, the host uses a Continental 591 DC controller, the temperature is controlled by the Japanese RKC temperature control meter + solid-state relay, and the traction is controlled by Delta servo control, which makes the synchronous and stable performance of the host and traction higher. The bidirectional diameter meter and PLC use communication method to display the line on the touch screen. Other AC inverters use Yaskawa A1000 series high-performance inverters, Taiwan Delta AC servo system, and other low-voltage electrical appliances use Chint or joint venture brands. The touch screen can display the production line speed, host speed, operating current, meter length, cable outer diameter and other parameters. The production line also has complete fault alarms and maintenance instructions, etc.
